Hello, My roots are in Claiborne Parish from around 1848. The families I research in Louisiana are Allen, Thompson, Bugg, Nyland, Thornton, Moreland, Orr, and Smith. I am a descendant of Thomas Thompson who was born ca. 1720 probably in Ireland. I am your host for Claiborne Parish. I hope you will join with me to make this a great web site.
