To any person legally authorized according to Law to celebrate Marriages within the Parish, Greetings:

YOU ARE HEREBY AUTHORIZED AND FULLY EMPOWERED TO UNITE IN THE HOLY BONDS OF MATRIMONY

Mr. Govenor Martin and M Maggie Jacob according to law, and due return make hereof to this office within thirty days from this date.
Given under my hand and seal of office, on this the 12 day of Jan 1899
